Death By Hanging: Arirang

I was watching the newspaper apartment scene when I thought I recognized the song on the soundtrack.  I think it's "Arirang," which is sort of the national folk song of Korea (both Koreas).  Here is a very helpful video:

It makes perfect sense that Oshima chose this song for this scene.
